Welcome!

We took a little break for GDC, but we are back! Join our 4-day game jam with $300+ in prizes. Create games using Unity and Bezi, with a theme revealed at the start. This one's going to come back around in a big way.

The theme will be announced when the jam begins. Join our Discord for weekly hints every Monday leading up to the jam.

Your game must revolve around the theme revealed at the start of the jam. Beyond that, you have full creative freedom. Explore any genre, tone, or style you want. Keep it focused on a clear connection to the theme so players can see your take on it.

About Bezi

Bezi is a development assistant that integrates directly into Unity, intelligently indexing your entire project, including assets, scenes, packages, scripts, and components, to provide context-aware assistance. Whether you are debugging complex scene-level issues, generating custom shaders, creating editor tools, or prototyping new mechanics, Bezi understands your specific project structure and coding style to deliver targeted solutions that go far beyond what traditional IDEs can offer. You can download and use Bezi here, or visit our itch.io page.

Theme

Revealed at the Start

The theme will be announced when the jam kicks off on April 24. Until then, we will be dropping weekly hints every Monday in our Discord. Join the server and keep an eye on #jam-chat to start piecing it together before the clock starts. Pay attention. The clues have a way of coming back to you.

All winners receive cash prizes and a month of Bezi for free. Winners are determined by Community Voting for places 1 to 3, with the Best Devlog chosen by the Bezi team.

🥇 1st Place$150
🥈 2nd Place$100
🥉 3rd Place$50
📝 Best Devlog$50

About The Devlog Prize

We are looking for developers who can tell a clear story about their jam experience with Bezi. A great devlog goes beyond the final game. It shows your process, problem solving, and how Bezi fit into your workflow.

Show your process, not just the final game. Walk through your decisions, what you'd do differently, and what you'd come back to.
Include visuals. Screenshots, GIFs, or short videos make your story easier to follow and more engaging to read.
Be honest. The best devlogs reflect on what actually happened, not just what went well.

Devlog Submission

Post your game in our Discord #bezi-showcase channel with the Bezi Jam tag. Focus on finishing your game first. You can add your devlog in the comments of your post during the voting period when you have time to reflect. Screenshots, videos, or GIFs help tell your story.

Rules & Requirements

Every jam teaches you something that carries into the next one. What you put out there has a way of returning.

Development Requirements

  • You must use Unity. Other tools such as Blender or Photoshop are allowed.
  • You must use Bezi. There is no usage quota. Try it and see where it helps.

Game Requirements

  • Games must be built for web (WebGL). This makes playing and rating simple for everyone.
  • Games must be built for this jam. Templates and duplicates are not considered. If you reuse an idea from another jam, rebuild it fully.
  • Ideas should be original. Built by you, with Bezi. Do not rip an existing game.
  • The primary game language must be English.
  • No offensive, discriminatory, or NSFW content.

Team & Assets

  • Teams are capped at 3 members. Solo is welcome.
  • Pre-made assets are allowed. Public or purchased assets are fine. Credit the original creators.

Submission & Rewards

  • Submit by the deadline. No late submissions and no edits after submission.
  • Post your game in Discord. Post in #bezi-showcase with the Bezi Jam tag, your game title, and itch page link by the jam deadline.
  • Post in Discord for Best Devlog. To be eligible, add your devlog in the comments of your #bezi-showcase post during voting. Screenshots, videos, or GIFs make your devlog easier to follow.

Community Voting Criteria

Bezi jams are run through community voting, and we use Jamlytics to help keep results fair and transparent. Participants will enter a rating queue of 5. You will rate 5 random submissions before rating other entries.

Please vote with integrity and take time to play each game. We include an extended voting period so you can give each entry proper attention.

Each category is rated from 1 to 5 stars (1 = weak, 5 = outstanding).
