Based on my doctoral thesis, this project replaces traditional statistical methods (OPLS-DA) with Transformer-based architectures to analyze Rapid Evaporative Ionization Mass Spectrometry (REIMS) data for the seafood industry.

- Autobots (Multi-scale Ensemble): 74.13% accuracy in Body Part Classification—crushing the 51.17% statistical baseline.
- SpectroSim: A self-supervised contrastive learning framework (SimCLR for chemistry) enabling Batch Traceability without physical tags.
