This commit marks the release of NOX on Sept 15, 2010---i.e.,

a snapshot of destiny (unstable) on this date. This release
is codenamed Zaku.  The main change log are:
* Support of OpenFlow v1.0
* Support of messaging with external hosts (messenger)
* Preliminary support for a console (nox-console)
* Replacement of XML configuration to JSON (removing Xerces as dependency)
* OpenFlow packing and unpacking library in C/C++
* Generic SNMP trap support
* Doxygen documentation
* Generation of xid for OpenFlow messages
* Various bug fixes and additional components
