Added support for OTA password using the setPassword function, by default this not enabled and simply set with a line in the config.h file.

Further to Issue #17 that I raised I looked into it and it is very simple to add support for a password during the reflash process. Password simply set in header file, ignored if set to 0. On subsequent reflashes the password needs to be entered into the dialog box within Arduino in order to authorise the reflash.
