Major refactor to make the business logic around MUs work both for IBS and OBS.
This is done by means of a dedicated package and by moving all the related operations to methods for a new BuildServiceClient struct.
The PR also takes care of further refactoring code and packages to improve test coverage and maintainability (hence the original branch name)
