I’ve spent more than two decades building software and the last 15+ years leading engineering teams across fintech, marketplaces, and platform companies.
Most of my work has been around systems that need to be both highly reliable and able to scale with the business, payment platforms, developer infrastructure, and high-traffic applications serving millions of users.
I enjoy building strong engineering organizations just as much as building software. For me, leadership is about creating clarity: helping teams understand the problem deeply, make good decisions independently, and deliver outcomes that matter to the business.
One of the most formative chapters of my career was co-founding Leato, a B2B learning platform. We built the product and engineering organization from scratch, defining the architecture, infrastructure, and development processes needed to support a real SaaS product. That experience reinforced my belief that great product companies emerge when engineering, product, and business strategy evolve together.
Before that, I held engineering leadership roles at companies including payleven, SumUp, OLX Group, and lhotse, working on systems handling millions of users and large volumes of financial transactions globally. These environments shaped how I think about building resilient platforms, scaling teams, and maintaining strong standards around security and compliance.
Technically, my background includes distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, and payment systems, with a consistent focus on scalability, reliability, and security standards such as PCI and GDPR.
Today I’m particularly interested in companies where engineering plays a central role in shaping the product and the business, especially Fintech, HealthTech, SaaS, and platform-driven organizations.
What motivates me most is helping teams build products that last: systems that scale, teams that grow, and technology that supports real business impact.
