I’m recovering from a triple-injection that I get monthly to tame my mast cells. My body feels like I’ve been in a massive car crash for the first 72hrs or so. It’s a super intense process just to exist but my life is full of those.

Remember to check in on your friends with chronic illness and health challenges. We don’t get breaks, this is 24/7/365. There’s nothing better than knowing that people truly care about us AND understand both our struggle and our tenacity.
