It offers a payment method that people already recognize, providing an immediate sense of familiarity and trust at the final step of the transaction. This matters because even a small increase in customer confidence can make a real difference in whether the payment is completed. I also appreciate the convenience it brings to both sides of the transaction. For customers, the payment process feels quick and straightforward. On my side, it helps keep payment handling more efficient and manageable without requiring a heavy overhaul of the process. One thing that does not work as well for me is that the fee structure can sometimes feel expensive, especially when transaction volume increases and those costs become more noticeable over time. The platform is inconvenient, I think there is a room for better price clarity so businesses can understand charges more easily, without having to look through multiple details. Another area that could be improved is the back end experience because some reporting and transaction management features could be more streamlined and easier to navigate when trying to find specific payment information quickly. I also feel that account reviews, payment holds, and the dispute process can occasionally slow things down more than expected, even when those controls are understandable from a risk and security perspective.
