Introduction & Definitions

Welcome to Visadb.io, a platform connecting you with a variety of Experts in various fields. This User Agreement, along with any documents it expressly incorporates by reference, governs your access to and use of Visadb.io ("We," "Us," or "Our") services (the "Services").

Service Description

We provide a platform for users ("You," "Your," or "User") to find, connect with, and engage the services of various Experts. We do not provide the services directly and are not responsible for any transactions between you and the Experts. Experts are not our employees or agents, but are independent entities. We do our best to verify their credentials and expertise, but we offer no guarantee or warranty about their qualifications or the quality of their services.

Fees and Payments Policy

Payment Terms

While using the VisaDB.io Service, you may need to make payment(s) for services provided by Experts. All payment terms, fees, and financial transactions are solely between you and the Expert. VisaDB.io facilitates these transactions but is not a party to them.

Payments to Experts

• All payments made through our platform are directed to the Experts or made on their behalf.
• VisaDB.io does not charge any additional platform fees from the users.
• The full amount you pay goes to the Expert or is used as requested by the Expert.

Refunds

• VisaDB.io cannot process refunds for any payments made to Experts.
• Refunds for services provided by Experts can only be processed by the Experts themselves, according to their individual refund policies.
• Any fees paid through our platform are non-refundable by VisaDB.io.

User Responsibility

As a User, you are responsible for:

1. Understanding the payment and refund policy of the Expert you engage with.
2. Reviewing and signing any necessary paperwork or agreements that govern the terms of your transaction with the Expert.
3. Reading and understanding all terms prior to making any payments or entering into any agreements with an Expert.

We strongly advise you to carefully review all terms and conditions before proceeding with any financial transactions on our platform.

VisaDB.io's Role

VisaDB.io serves as a facilitator connecting Users with Experts. We provide the platform for these connections and transactions but are not involved in the financial agreements between Users and Experts. Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be resolved directly between the User and the Expert.

Engagement with Experts

You are responsible for all communications with Experts. If you decide to engage an Expert, you should enter into a separate agreement with them that outlines the terms of the engagement, including payment terms, service level expectations, and confidentiality obligations.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between you and the Experts should be resolved directly between you and the Expert. Visadb.io is not responsible for mediating disputes or enforcing agreements between users and Experts.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Liability

VisaDB.io is not liable for any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damage of any kind that might arise out of or relate to the conduct of Experts or Users, including, but not limited to, any User's reliance upon any information provided by an Expert.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VisaDB.io, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware, United States.

Visa Information and Third-Party Links

Visadb.io provides visa and travel information for your convenience and informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of such information.
