Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within Cantor’s Asset Management business. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, impeccable communication skills, and the flexibility to support executives whose schedules may include travel and after-hours needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of exercising good judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating internal and external appointments, and resolving conflicts.
Arrange and manage extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and travel logistics.
Prepare, process, and track expense reports in alignment with firm policies.
Coordinate business meetings, conferences, and events—including agenda preparation, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions.
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, exercising professionalism and discretion at all times.
Provide real-time support during executive travel, off-hours events, and time-sensitive situations; maintain availability as needed outside standard business hours.
Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and other business documents.
Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information.
Assist with onboarding, vendor coordination, and administrative processes within the Asset Management team.
Support additional ad hoc projects and operational needs as assigned.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within financial services, asset management, or a similarly demanding corporate environment.
Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Comfortable working remotely while staying responsive, reliable, and available as business needs arise.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Salary:
$70,000 – $100,000
The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis considering a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
