Render important indexer events to ActionsPanel #44

  • In order to communicate to the player what has occurred in the next, as well as actions that should be taken next, we should render important events from the indexer to the ActionsPanel
  • We of course can't simply render events exactly as they are emitted
    • We will need a way to map indexer events with well-written narration and instruction
  • Start with instructing the player to spawn to the map, then narrating that the player can now move their character once they are spawned
