Hey @kisarur, as far as I know, minimap2-fpgas adopts the CPU+FPGA approach to accelerating minimap2. Only one task is allowed to be run on the FPGA chip. If two minimap2-fgpa2 are started at the same time, will the step running on the FPGA chip of these two collide with each other? If so, how does one resolve the collision?
