Currently, Keycloak's Organizations feature allows for multitenancy, but theme and email configurations are global. We propose adding the ability to configure themes and email settings at the organization level, enabling white-labeling and customization for applications with multiple organizations.

Use Case:

• Multiple organizations share the same client-id and frontend application (e.g., white-label SaaS)
• Each organization requires a custom theme (e.g., logo, colors, layout)
• Email configurations (e.g., templates, sender, SMTP settings) should be organization-specific

Proposed Solution:

1. Add organization-level theme configuration:
   • Allow administrators to upload and configure custom themes per organization
   • Enable theme inheritance (e.g., organization can inherit global theme or override specific components)
2. Add organization-level email configuration:
   • Allow administrators to configure email settings (e.g., sender, SMTP, templates) per organization
   • Enable email template customization using organization-specific data (e.g., organization name, logo)
