  1. Increase macOS deployment target to recommended by Xcode 14.3 

    Anything lower than recommended (10.14.6) will cause xcodebuild to try to link to libarclite_macosx.a which was removed in Xcode 14.3 https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/725300?answerId=745550022#745550022
