Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Pay period: Weekly

Location: Remote (Must sit in the state of California)

Pay Rate: $20/hr- $24/hr


Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ year of Service desk, help desk, or IT desktop support experience
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Highschool / GED Minimum
  • Must have a work from home set up including a laptop

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Call center experience
  • CompTIA certification
  • ServiceNow ticketing experience or Active Directory

Job Description

A large healthcare client of Insight Global is looking for a REMOTE Service Desk technician to support with a several go-lives in 2026. The first two weeks will include training with half the day training and half supporting service desk requests. Candidates will need to provide their own computer and headset for this role's duration.
