Overview
The Digital Content Producer is responsible for creating, editing, and managing high-quality digital content that supports brand goals and enhances audience engagement. This role blends creativity, technical skills, and project management, ensuring that all digital assets—web content, email campaigns, social media posts, videos, graphics, and more—are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
Produce, edit, and publish digital content across web, email, and social platforms.
Develop engaging multimedia assets including images, videos, animations, and interactive content.
Write, proofread, and optimize copy for different digital channels.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.
Website & Email Content Management
Update and maintain website pages using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, AEM).
Build and format HTML email campaigns, landing pages, and digital templates.
Ensure all content follows accessibility, UX, and SEO best practices.
Project Coordination
Manage content production timelines, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
Maintain content calendars and coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaigns.
Assist with planning and executing digital marketing initiatives.
Quality Assurance & Optimization
Proof and QA content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand compliance.
Test email campaigns for responsiveness across devices and email clients.
Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements for engagement and reach.
Digital Asset Management
Organize and maintain digital content libraries and project documentation.
Ensure proper version control and file naming conventions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
2–5+ years of experience producing digital content for marketing or communications teams.
Skills & Competencies
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Proficiency with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS (especially for email production).
Experience with design and multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).
Understanding of SEO, UX, and digital marketing best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social insights tools).
Familiarity with video editing tools and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced creative environment.
Additional Requirements
Fluent in the use of HTML for email
Must be able to work within provided HTML templates as well as build additional elements as needed
Must test for consistency/ responsiveness of finished projects across all email clients and devices
As this is a backup position, candidate will need to be open to projects with a short turn around time (3 days or less), and be a responsive communicator regarding design changes, questions, etc.

$40.00 - $43.21 (W2, Non-Exempt)
