Cancel LinkedIn Premium subscription

Important to know

You can request to cancel a LinkedIn Premium subscription, promotion, or trial at any time.

If you cancel a paid Premium subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll continue to have access to Premium features until the plan expires.
If you cancel a Premium free trial, the trial will end immediately, and Premium access will stop right away.
To avoid getting charged for another billing cycle, you need to cancel your plan at least one day before your next scheduled billing date.

You can cancel your LinkedIn Premium subscription at any time. After cancellation, your account returns to a Basic (free) plan, and you’ll lose access to the Premium features such as InMail credits, profile insights, LinkedIn Learning, the Premium badge, advanced search filters, and competitive insights at the end of your current billing cycle. These features support faster outreach, continuous learning, and better visibility.

Before you begin

Cancel at least one day before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
If you missed cancelling your Premium trial, review the LinkedIn refund policy.

Choose how you purchased Premium

The cancellation steps vary based on your original purchase method. Choose the option below that matches how you bought your Premium plan to complete the process correctly.

Access the Premium cancellation page

If you purchased Premium directly from LinkedIn, you can go straight to the cancellation page.

Cancel Premium

You can cancel using the desktop site or the LinkedIn mobile app.

To cancel your Premium subscription:

Click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
Select Premium features from the dropdown.
Click Manage subscription on the left pane under Plan Details.
- You’ll be redirected to LinkedIn Admin Center.
Click Purchases on the left pane.
Select your Active subscription.
Click  Cancel subscription under Actions.
Click Confirm cancel to cancel your subscription.

If you're in Germany or the United States, some subscriptions can be canceled without signing in. Click here to cancel your subscription.
