We've always believed technology should serve people. Not the other way around. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens when we all decide to make it true.
Every company has a mission. What's ours? To empower every person and every organization to achieve more. We believe technology can and should be a force for good and that meaningful innovation contributes to a brighter world in the future and today. Our culture doesn’t just encourage curiosity; it embraces it. Each day we make progress together by showing up as our authentic selves. We show up with a learn-it-all mentality. We show up cheering on others, knowing their success doesn't diminish our own. We show up every day open to learning our own biases, changing our behavior, and inviting in differences. Because impact matters. Microsoft operates in 190 countries and is made up of approximately 228,000 passionate employees worldwide.

Yusuf Mehdi didn’t inherit a roadmap. Instead, his mother gave him something better, the belief that he could figure it out. That mindset is exactly what #MakinaMode is built on. The idea that drive and a willingness to keep learning will outpace anything else. What did the person who shaped your career give you?

At NVIDIA GTC today, three announcements I'm excited about: 1. Microsoft Foundry Agent Service is GA: with observability, voice, and NVIDIA Nemotron models. Build agents, deploy them at scale, keep them governed. 2. New Azure AI infra for reasoning workloads: optimized for inference, with support for NVIDIA Vera Rubin across global and sovereign environments. 3. Physical AI with NVIDIA: connecting simulation, operational data, and AI-driven action in the real world. The common thread: closing the gap between AI experimentation and production that runs at scale. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gBD2-YPg

If your career feels a little harder to map right now, you’re not imagining it.

For decades, many of us were taught to think about our careers as ladders. You pick a lane. You work hard and move up. One rung at a time. That model made sense in stable systems. But what happens when the structure itself starts shifting?

Throughout Women’s History Month with The Code of Us, we’re elevating stories that show what’s possible when community, creativity, and connecting with one another shape our shared future. Stories like this one featuring Bruna and Gloribel, who share reflections on mentorship, expectations, and how their experiences inform their innovation for Microsoft. What I keep coming back to is the candor. The conversation about maintaining presence. The courage to challenge assumptions. The clarity to say, “I can be who I am.” I invite you to explore these stories and reflect on the experiences that shape how you work and lead: aka.ms/TheCodeOfUs/Women #womenshistorymonth
