  • In many companies, Sales and Finance are both moving fast, but they do not always see the same numbers. This can slow orders, lead to billing mistakes, and mean teams spend time double-checking each other’s work. We would love your take. Vote below and see how other teams handle this.

  • How to actually organize work from your phone (without losing your mind) Mobile work isn’t just about being available. It’s about being able to move things forward without a laptop. After working with teams that manage projects, clients, and daily operations entirely from mobile devices, here are four principles that make it work. 1. Keep context with the task If you have to open three apps to understand what a task is about, you’ll procrastinate until you’re back at a desk. The better approach: tasks, files, conversations, and deadlines all in one place. That way, when a notification pops up, you can actually resolve it on the spot. 2. Design workflows for thumbs, not just mice Approvals, status updates, and quick reassignments should take seconds. If a process requires typing long messages or navigating deep menus, it won’t happen on mobile. The tools you use should let you act from the home screen or a single tap. 3. Separate real-time from async Not everything needs a meeting or a chat. A good mobile setup helps you see what’s urgent versus what can wait. Push notifications are useful, but only when they tell you exactly what’s needed, not just that “something changed.” 4. Make your CRM truly mobile Client information is useless if you can’t access it during a call or while walking into a meeting. When your CRM works as well on a phone as it does on a desktop, you stop saying “I’ll check later” and start actually staying on top of conversations. These principles are exactly why the Bitrix24 mobile app was built the way it was. Not to cram every feature onto a small screen, but to make sure the critical ones work seamlessly when you’re away from your desk. If you’re curious how that looks in practice, here’s a deeper look: https://lnkd.in/d7_fP-f #Bitrix24 #MobileProductivity #RemoteWork #WorkflowDesign

  • Ever wondered why a room full of geniuses can still end up in total chaos? It is rarely a lack of talent. More often, it is a clash of personalities. High-performing teams are like puzzles. If you have too many of one piece, the picture never comes together. To build a "Dream Team," you need to understand the eight distinct personalities that make a workplace hum. Meet the 8 Personalities on Your Team 1. The Leader They don't need to be the subject matter expert. They are the driving force and the mediator. They keep the big vision in mind and resolve conflicts before they stall progress. 2. The Planner Meticulous and data-driven, the Planner turns guesswork into roadmaps. They are the perfectionists who keep the budget and timeline on track. 3. The Communicator The face of your team. Whether it is a press conference or a client meeting, they are the ones who turn technical jargon into a story people actually want to hear. 4. The Team Player The "worker bees" who leave their ego at the door. They are the reliable engine of the department, jumping in wherever they are needed to hit a deadline. 5. The Expert Single-minded and deeply focused. Experts provide the specialized insights that give your project its edge, often acting as mentors for the rest of the group. 6. The Creative They take the Planner’s strategy and bring it to life. From brand guidelines to social media, they find the most exciting way to present your work to the world. 7. The Innovator The person who looks for the path of least resistance. They are the ones who implement new tools and find "shortcuts" that actually make the whole process more efficient. 8. The Pragmatist The rational anchor. They hold rules and regulations above all else, ensuring the team stays compliant and avoids legal or financial red flags. How to Manage the Mix Managing this group requires a shift in gears for every person: 🔹 Give freedom to your Creatives and Innovators. If you micromanage them, you kill the very spark you hired them for. 🔹Provide clarity to your Team Players and Planners. They thrive when the goalposts are fixed and the instructions are crystal clear. 🔹Use tools like Gantt charts for Planners or mind maps for Leaders to help them visualize the path forward. Building a team is about more than just checking off hard skills. It is about balancing characters. • Is automation a one-size-fits-all strategy? The answer is often surprising. Moving from a small team to a global enterprise requires a major shift in how technology is implemented. • Revenue is like a rearview mirror. It's great for seeing where we’ve been but not always for steering toward the future. In sales, revenue is a lagging indicator: it confirms results after the fact but can’t warn when a quarter is slipping. By the time numbers drop, the damage is often done. To create a more predictable growth “operating system,” it helps to focus on Leading KPIs. These metrics move before revenue does, letting teams course-correct while the quarter is still in play. Here are 5 indicators that actually predict where a business is headed: 1. Conversion Rate by Lead Source More leads do not automatically create growth. If a pipeline is filled with low-fit prospects, a team stays busy, but results stay volatile. This KPI shows which channels bring prospects who actually convert and which ones just create "pipeline noise." If one source converts 3x higher, we recommend doubling down on it. If volume is high but conversion is weak, it is time to tighten qualification before spending more. 2. Stage-to-Stage Conversion Rate Win rate alone cannot tell us where deals are lost. Stage-to-stage conversion shows exactly where a funnel leaks. When conversion declines at one specific stage, it points to root causes like weak qualification, unclear next steps, or pricing friction. Define clear entry and exit criteria for every stage. This ensures that "In Progress" does not become a graveyard for deals that are not actually moving. 3. Average Sales Cycle Length Revenue growth is not only about closing more deals; it is about closing deals faster. Longer cycles make forecasting unreliable and create unnecessary end-of-quarter pressure. If average cycle length increases by 10% or 15%, treat it as a major red flag. Forecast misses almost always follow slowing cycles. 4. Activity-to-Opportunity Ratio Results improve when a team consistently does work that creates a pipeline. This ratio reveals whether effort is actually translating into outcomes. It helps us see if reps are staying "busy" without moving deals or if effort is going to low-fit accounts. If activity is high but new opportunities are flat, the issue is likely deal quality or misallocated effort. 5. Pipeline Coverage Ratio This is the "math" of the goal. We calculate it by dividing total pipeline value by the revenue target. It tells us early whether we are on track or already behind. Most successful teams aim for 3x to 5x coverage. If a team falls below that, we suggest shifting immediately into pipeline generation mode. Waiting even two weeks can make the gap unrecoverable. Leading KPIs spot risks, guide coaching, and forecast revenue — fix issues mid-quarter, not after they happen. • Creating a workflow that keeps pace with your biggest goals 🏎️ Building a high-performance race car is an incredible feat of engineering, but managing the people behind the machine is a project in itself. We’ve been following the PRz Racing team’s journey, and it’s a great example of how the right tools can simplify even the most complex workflows. Coordinating six different technical sections at once is a massive undertaking, and before Bitrix24, the team ran into some familiar speed bumps. Information was scattered across too many different apps, leaders couldn't easily see real-time progress, and inconsistent priorities often led to avoidable delays. By moving their operations into Bitrix24, the team found a way to bring everyone onto the same page. It wasn't just about adding a new tool; it was about making their daily work feel much smoother: 🏁 Defined Structure: Setting up a clear organizational chart made it easy to find exactly who was responsible for which part of the car. 🏁 Centralized Documentation: All technical files and progress reports now live in one single home, accessible to everyone. 🏁 Streamlined Meetings: Weekly section meetings are organized through the platform, making it simple for members to confirm their availability. 🏁 Built-in Feedback: Using task comments and checklists creates a "history" of every part built, helping the team learn from past challenges for their next project. We are so glad to see PRz Racing using Bitrix24 to keep their engineering projects running like a well-oiled machine. It’s inspiring to see such a dedicated team spend less time on admin and more time on innovation. If you’re curious how other teams use Bitrix24 or want to see the full details of PRz Racing’s journey, you can explore the complete case study at https://lnkd.in/d-3aUEvr #Bitrix24 #ProjectManagement #TeamEfficiency #InformationFlow #CustomerSuccess

  • Your top performer isn’t quitting. But they’ve gone quiet. They’re less vocal in meetings, and that spark they had in January is missing. The weird part? Their performance reviews are "glowing." The problem is that those reviews aren't actually based on a year of hard work. They’re based on memory. Specifically, it is usually one rushed week where a manager tries to piece together 12 months of achievements from five different tools and scattered clues. When the story of someone’s work disappears, their motivation often goes with it. We believe it’s time to move past the "annual chore" and give your team a Work Wrapped. 🎁 Think Spotify Wrapped, but for a career. Instead of a generic pat on the back, it’s a data-backed narrative that finally does a year of hustle justice. Why this approach works: No more "Detective Work": The system pulls every closed deal, completed task, and CRM win into one clear picture automatically. Peer recognition that sticks: Using CoPilot, you can instantly surface all those "thank yous" and "great job" mentions buried in the activity stream from months ago. Fairness over Bias: Memory is biased. Data isn't. High performers feel seen because their actual impact is on the screen, not just what a manager remembers from last week. From days to hours: This is designed to help you turn a year of work into a crisp, six-slide story that your team will actually want to read. The 6-Slide "Highlight Reel" Formula: 1️⃣ The Big Wins: Real metrics from your analytics dashboard. 2️⃣ The Team’s Take: The best peer shout-outs and kudos. 3️⃣ Customer Love: Direct feedback and NPS scores. 4️⃣ The Timeline: A visual map of major projects completed. 5️⃣ Growth: New skills learned and milestones hit. 6️⃣ The Future: Three clear goals for the next chapter. Performance reviews shouldn’t be a lecture. They should be a conversation. When people see their impact clearly laid out, they don't just stay. They thrive. If you’re curious about how to set this up or want to see the step-by-step breakdown, we’ve shared a more detailed guide in this article: https://lnkd.in/d-b824iE It’s a great resource if you’re looking to make this review season more meaningful and a lot less stressful. #PerformanceReviews #EmployeeEngagement #WorkCulture #ManagementTips #HRTech #Leadership #Bitrix24 #WorkWrapped

Rate your top 3 candidates on a scale of 1 to 5 based on what actually moves the needle: Speed to Launch: Can you use it today without an IT genius? Lead Visibility: Does it show the "next step" for every prospect at a glance? Automation: Does it handle the boring stuff like follow-up reminders for you? Mobility: Can you close a deal from your phone at a coffee shop? 🗓️ Sunday: The "Stress Test" Pick your top choice and run a 1-hour "Life Simulation." The Benefit: You will know within 60 minutes if the software feels like a tool or a chore. The Test: Add a contact, move a deal to "Proposal Sent," and trigger one automation.
